If you thought eyeliners were just pencils think again watch Master Class Eyeliner for greatest results
Available in four formulas:- Liquid eyeliner can be applied with either the felt-tip applicator that comes in the tube, the taklon angle head or pointed thin brush dipped into the liner pot. Liquid gives the most dramatic results and works great for a 60's or a fab party look.
- Cake eyeliner comes in a compact style that needs a wet brush to form the paste before applying. Gives the same result as liquid.
- Cream or gel eyeliner likes a damp brush to get the right consistency to apply. Again, getting similar results to the liquid. You can apply and smudge for a smoky look which dries and won’t move.
- Pencils are the most commonly used liners, waxier pencils are easier to apply as they are softer and can smudge into lashes better.
5. Powders use darker powder eyeshadows to blend into lashes, this makes the lashes appear fuller, and soften hard pencil lines on bottom lashes.
